O senhor tem modificações em teu Template, certo?
O problema é que a classe da função do "Crumb" esta acima de outras nos Templates, e por isso o problema.

Deixe eu tirar a dúvida, mande-me teu Template "index_box".

No template que você passou, só tem crumb na parte de cima, e o erro que você relata, pode ser concertado usando outros métodos... por exemplo colocando no template viewtopic_body esse código:

Pode por no começo ou no fim do template, com isto as letras da onde o tópico se localiza ficará pequena, e ocupará menos espaço.

Por algum motivo seu fórum usa uma classe diferente para cada sub-fórum na qual o tópico se encontra... E por isto teve esse erro, fiz mais ou menos ... veja se fica agradável pra você, troque seu viewtopic_body por este:
