Olá pessoal, eu não sei o que houve com uma dúvida que tive,
mas  eu gostaria de alterar a forma como é exibida o título do tópico,
atualmente ele é assim:

Gostaria de remover os botões de "Novo tópico" e de responder, além de deixá-lo nesse estilo:

Com o título maior e centralizado.
Gostaria que o fundo fosse preto,
muito obrigado pessoal.
