Mas a pergunta que lhe fiz foi a seguinte, qual é a cor que deseja para fundo em seu fórum? logo pode me explicar, como assim não pode ser modificado pela aba de cores? mas pela folha estilo CSS pode sim modificar, certo?

A cor que eu desejo colocar é Branca.
Quando eu me referi a "aba de cores" eu me refiro à este local Seender:
Painel de C. >> Visualização >> Imagens e Cores >> Cores.

Quando eu fui tentar modificar por lá. Virou uma joça '-'

Então eu achei que para modificar as cores do fundo do fórum, as cores das tabelas, ou seja, todo indice, precisaria modificar alguma área deste código.
