Botões não aparecem

Qual é minha questão:
Bem, hoje eu fui excluir um tópico, só que na hora de excluir, não aparece os botões!

Fica escrito:
Deseja realmente remover o(s) tópico(s) selecionado(s)?

E só, até na hora de remover pelo Painel de Controle do Moderador, fica dando isso!
