Index Box bugado ?

Olá meu fórum é via Templates..
Bom entrem nele e vejam http://webmaster.ativoforum.com/forum como as categorias ficam não aparece descrição nem imagen nem nada pois minha categoria não fica assim antes aparecia descrição as imagens que eu colocava em cada categoria por exemplo ''Point Blank''

mais não aparece nada tem como arrumar para min ? caso queriam mina index box aqui está :
