Descrição do problema

Olá, gostaria de realizar algumas mudanças nas partes demonstradas na imagem, na parte circulada de vermelha gostaria de remover aquele nome que se encontra bugado, enquanto na área verde gostaria de adicionar o efeito que já está inserido nas categorias no mesmo como na imagem abaixo.
