Andei há cerca de uma semana revistando alguns tópicos e encontrei um código para colocar os avatares pequenos, e para mim resultou
Mas todos os outros membros, moderadores e admins os vêm com o seu tamanho original... Ou seja, só eu vejo normal! Criei uma conta suplente para testar e vejo com o tamanho original, sendo que o problema é que apenas eu, na minha conta normal, os vejo.

Existe maneira de corrigir isto?

Não resultou (Eu publiquei na parte do viewtopic_body, não esqueci..)

Não precisa fazer todas essas alterações!
Use o próprio sistema da fórumeiros e defina o tamanho dos avatares em:

  Painel de controle  Visualização    Avatares    Galeria dos avatares    Avatares pessoais   
Só modificar os valores de acordo com tamanho que desejar:
 "Tamanho Máximo do Arquivo Avatar :".
