Eu gostaria de saber como faço para substituir o perfil de postagem do meu fórum, por um igual a esse: 
https://imgur.com/PcrWUWB
porém eu gostaria de limitasse o tamanho do avatar para um padrão no caso esse 170x300, seria possivel?

Olá amigo, vi que em seu fórum já tem uma aparência personalizada, queres mesmo continuar com o tópico?
