Menu não funciona corretamente

Gente, eu solicitei botões para o menu do meu fórum, e antes de pedir para que a nikka prossiga com o pedido eu quis testá-los, mas alguma coisa está acontecendo e eu não sei explicar, porquê estão ficando bugados.

Para exibí-los em tamanho grande será necessário modificar a forma de exibição do menu para somente imagens! Por exemplo:
Painel... Visualização Homepage Cabeçalho e navegação
Marque para exibir somente imagens no menu de navegação!

É por causa da dimensão das imagens, a altura deve ser sempre a mesma para que fique certinho! Peça ao artmeiro(a) que está atendendo-o para que faça todos com a mesma medida!

Você sabe como eu faço para mudar essa barra preta que está embaixo de onde ficaria os menus? eu quero colocar uma foto da barra laranja igual á essa para que os botões não fiquem na metade... mas não sei o nome dessa parte da barra no CSS ._.

Acho que não há como, pois não existe um CSS para ocultar isso, o que podemos ocultar é o texto e links que estão dentro dessa barra preta, mais para tira-la, só mesmo com a edição de templates (só podemos editar os templates dos fóruns forumeiros nas versões PUNBB e PHPBB2).

Tenho certeza que seja um erro no seu CSS ou também por causa da barra a dimensão não consegui alargar. Aquela barra laranja é fixa do CSS, portanto colocando uma imagem maior, pode danifícar as imagens e faz com que fique tortas.
Para mudar acho que tem como sim.
