Bug no rodape

Qual é minha questão:
O rodape não está dentro do quadrado intermediário do fórum, o que eu faço?

Medidas que eu tomei para corrigir o problema:

Eu sei criar um bbcode só que na forumeiros não pode então eu editei o HTML e coloquei na homepage.

Ou era a mensagem de homepage mesmo.
