Mal-funcionamento bbcode

Qual é minha questão:
Os Códigos: Inserir uma Tabela, Hospedar uma Imagem, Imagem, Link, Flash, Vídeo, Tamanho da Fonte, Cor, Fonte e o "Outros" não estão funcionando em meu fórum, e não sei o porquê.
Alguém poderia me ajuda, por favor?

Shek, só funcionaria caso eu deixasse este campo da forma original? Tipo, eu alterei algumas coisas sim, mas não queria perdê-las x.x

Mikéé, isto já está ativado sim senhor, mas só aqueles que eu citei não funcionam, o resto funciona perfeitamente. Estranho, não?
