Posicionar ícone online ao lado do Nickname

Qual é minha questão:
Olá a todos.
Seguindo esse tutorial: https://ajuda.forumeiros.com/t57027-tutorial-posicionar-icone-online-ao-lado-do-nick

Eu fiz exatamente como procegue no tutorial, porém vejam a imagem abaixo de como fica:

Fica um quadrado ao lado direito do nome de usuário.
Antes que me perguntem se tem os icones adicionados de online e offline, tem sim, vejam a imagem abaixo:

Mesmo assim o icone não aparece, fica somente um quadrado inútil. Peço que alguém me ajude a resolver esse "bug" ou problema.

Tive que ir dormir rs.

Na minha primeira postagem eu ja postei o print desses dois icones ja adicionados na gestão de imagens.

O erro ainda persiste.

Quando eu removo o CSS que você me passou, fica apenas um quadradinho ao lado do nome de usuário como se não ouvesse imagem, será que em algum templates esteja faltando isso?

Retirei o template, e coloquei somente o CSS, o quadradinho ainda aparece só que na parte de baixo do avatar. E a bolinha verde aparece em cima.

O quadrinho não aparece mais, só que andei observando a bolinha verde está aparecendo para todos incluindo os Off.

Top: Sera á altura que a bolinha verde irá subir. Quanto maior o numero, mas alto ela ficara.
Left: É o posicionamento do ícone. Quanto maior o valor mais vai para esquerda, e quanto menor vai para diretita.

Tente editar você mesmo, mas antes retire o que eu passei que no caso é este:
